What is the return policy?
At Csobratty Cosmetics, we maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Because our products are used on the face and lips, we have strict guidelines regarding returns.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Return Window: We accept returns up to 14 days after your item has been delivered.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any lip liners that have been opened or had the safety seal broken. Items marked as "Final Sale" are also ineligible for return.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Are any purchases final sale?
• Discounted & Last Chance Items: All items purchased at a discount, on sale, or from our "Last Chance" collection are Final Sale. These items are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• No Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
• Hygiene & Safety: For your protection, any lip liner with a broken safety seal is considered a Final Sale and cannot be returned.
• Exceptions: The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective. In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can provide a replacement.
When will I get my order?
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Windows
• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days after the processing period.
• Total Wait Time: Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days from the time you place your order.
• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.
